Changes made in one area will likely affect other areas either directly or indirectly.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While we bring far-reaching expertise in organizational and cultural change issues, our basic approach is to support our clients in developing their own solutions to the extent their resources allow.<\/p><p><b>The benefits of this approach are:<\/b><\/p><ul><li>Organizational members of all levels are involved in defining the challenges and the solutions. The case for change is well-understood across the organization.<\/li><li>Since the solutions are developed by managers and employees themselves, people gain insight both into their own issues, challenges and priorities, as well as those of their colleagues. In the last few years, he has specialized on organization development projects for multi-national companies, with a special focus on leadership issues and developing corporate culture.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition, Ron has many years\u2019 experience working with teams and individual managers, supporting them through challenging situations and helping them define and focus on their future visions and goals. He is expert in small and large group interventions, and works often with international teams to help them achieve higher performance. He also coaches managers in coping with sensitive \/ political issues, transitioning to new positions and managing change processes.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With a background in communications strategy, marketing and advertising strategic planning, he brings years of experience both in line management and consulting.<\/p><p>Clients over the past few years have included Voest, N\u00fcrnberg Messe, KPMG, Stadtwerk Jena, Beiersdorf, Porsche, Schott, Thyssen Krupp, E.DIS Netz, Boehringer Ingelheim, Cosnova, as well as the private universities IMD and ESMT.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ron is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is an ICF-certified coach.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Biography<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ron Gorlick was born in 1961 in New York City, and grew up in New Jersey. Traveling extensively with his family and participating in inter-cultural exchanges from an early age, he learned to appreciate and respect cultural diversity. He underwent inter-cultural training with the Experiment in International Living in Brattleboro, Vermont, and led groups of teenagers to Mexico and Spain over several summers.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After completing his studies, Ron enjoyed a ten-year career in New York City in marketing, strategic communications and crisis management consulting. He moved to Germany in 1996 and soon began working in organizational consulting. In the years since, he has worked with many of Germany\u2019s DAX 20 companies, developing organizations and their cultures, improving teamwork and cooperation across departments and functions, and designing and implementing strategic change initiatives.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ron holds a B.A. in English Literature from Connecticut College and an MBA from Washington University \/ St. Louis. He has a certification in Organization Development (Master\u2019s equivalent), as well as in conflict management through Trigon Organization Development in Salzburg, where he studied under Friedrich Glasl.
